RETURN POLICY

FULL PRICED ITEMS: You have 30 calendar days from the day you placed your order to postmark your items for return or request an exchange. All returns/exchanges should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Returns/exchanges postmarked outside of the 30-day policy are ineligible for a refund/exchange. Please use the envelope provided to send the item(s) back.

SALE ITEMSSale items are FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or process exchanges or refunds on any sale purchase. This includes items listed on the sale page, any items marked sale, and discounted items.

If you are returning a gift, or if your item was damaged upon receipt, or if you believe the item is defected please reach out to our Style Specialist.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and another 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

How can I complete an exchange?

Exchanges are quick and easy. If your item(s) are eligible for an exchange, you will have the option to select 'Exchange' when processing your return.  Simply select the exchange reason and submit. We will process the exchange order right away and get your replacement shipped out as long as the item(s) is available and in stock. Exchanges can only be offered for a new size at this time. Download the shipping label, and use the envelope provided to send the item(s) you are exchanging back.
